March 19th’s Letter Social…An Easy Funky Letter Script for Envelopes

As a regular ACS Letter Social participant, we have all been delighted to occasionally receive one of Janet’s letters always embellished with a fun script or delightful artwork. The Banner alphabet is pretty flexible and great to fancy-up an envelope.  No special pen or ink necessary, just a single point pen or pencil.

Before we start our letter writing, everyone gets a chance to share some writing tricks, gear finds, and special news.  Here is some info shared:

• Lisa shared info about the rollerball pen:   Monteverde Engage ( rollerball that uses FP ink ) was a good price from Pen Savings.  Nice material too.

• Dodie shared a good way to protect handwriting…. www.microglaze.com  or you can use white wax candle by rubbing the wax over DRY ink.  You should apply the microglaze when the ink is dry as well.
